Vieraskuja 5 A-F Tenants Committee Services
Our Purpose
This service is specially dedicated to Vieraskuja 5 Tenants for in house meetings and booking of the clubhouse. We will inform all tenants about our in house meetings ahead of time.
You can book and use the clubhouse for your own activity such as birthday parties, baby-shower, bridal/shower baptism, night games, family and friends hangout, personal studies or group studies among other activities.
We guarantee that, you will not be disappointed. Just pre-inform the team here!
Let us know in good time when you intend to host your activity for planning sake. So that it might not conflict with someone else' time, also in order to make the keys available to you on time. A week notification is an ideal. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

Please kindly note that the site is currently better viewed on PCs than mobilephones. We are still working on it to get a better feel on your mobilephones as well. Thank you.
Simple Rules

First fill in the form below with your name, telephone number, email, address, event topic and time for your event and submit it here (see below for the form).
1. Duly fill and submit the forms for the collection of keys to the EXERCUTIVE member responsible for handing keys.
2. The Key is collected same day the form is filled.
3. The club house must be cleaned after the program.Â
4. Take good care of all furniture: clean and arrange them before you leave.
5. No garbage must be left in the bins.
6. Toilet and floors must as well be cleaned before the key is returned. (So, that the next person can also use the
clubhouse comfortably).
6. The Key must be returned within  24
hours after the program.
